How can I track my order?

Thank you for choosing our service!

Any orders placed will appear on your account. You can check the order status by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Orders" page. There, you can view the history of all your recent orders, including the latest package status and delivery destination. (This information is updated at regular intervals)

Additionally, you will receive a tracking email detailing the number of packages sent and all of your delivery information.

What countries do you ship to?

All orders within the mainland UK qualify for complimentary shipping.

Do you ship to remote area of Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands, or Northern Ireland?

We are able to deliver to these areas, but please note that additional shipping surcharges will apply to the following regions:
- Scottish Highlands
- Scottish Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Wight
- Isle of Man
- Postal code areas: BT, FK, KA (1-26, 29, 30), PA (1-19), PH, AB, IV, KW (1-14), PO (30-41), etc.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will typically be processed within 1-3 business days of submission, depending on our processing and shipping times, and you will receive an email notification with shipping and tracking information once it ships. Once an order has been shipped, standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days to arrive.

Therefore, in general, your order will be delivered within 4-10 working days after submission, depending on shipping conditions in your area and the efficiency of the postal service.

I still haven't received my order after the estimated arrival time, what should I do?

If the waiting time exceeds the expected duration and you haven't received any updates from us, please log in to your account and click on "My Orders". Here, you can view the latest delivery/shipping information.

If you see that your order has been shipped but you haven't received any notification from the courier, please contact us immediately. We'll assist you in resolving this issue promptly.

Returns & Refunds

How can I cancel my order?

Please log in and check the status of your order on the "My Orders" page.

If the order has not been paid, you can cancel the order directly. However, if the order has been paid and has not been shipped or the product is out of stock, you can contact our customer service to cancel the order. Please provide your order details and cancellation request and our customer service team will handle it as soon as possible.

Please note that once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

My order came and it was damaged, what should I do?

If you receive a damaged or defective item and need to apply for a refund or replacement product, we are here to help! Please contact us as soon as possible through the following methods:
1. Contact us to create a return request.
2. Upload images of any damage via the returns portal.
3. We will reply to you within 48 hours and inform you of the next steps.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to reach your account may vary, depending on your card issuer's policies.

1. PayPal Refunds:
Refunds processed through PayPal may take up to 48 hours to be processed and reflected in your PayPal account.

2. Credit Card Refunds:
For refunds made to credit cards, please allow for a period of 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The specific duration depends on your credit card company and any intermediaries involved in the transaction.

How can I make a return?

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30-day happiness guaranteeso you can shop with confidence. But there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return a product. Simply contact us within 30 days from the day after delivery to return your order. We'll get back to you within 48 hours to authorise the return.

Please return items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. You can then send the product back to us via a secure courier. You’ll need to arrange and pay for the courier, you should also make sure the product is insured with the courier and securely packaged for the journey.

Once we've received the product back we’ll check it over and then contact you with the next steps.If the item has been used or installed we will only make a partial refund to cover the diminished value of the product.
