Shipping Fees
Free shipping is provided for the British mainland. However, for remote areas, an additional charge will be levied. For remote areas, we will contact you to confirm the shipping surcharge after you create an order.
Delivery Time
All orders will be delivered via USPS, 4PX, Canada Post, Hermes or Royal Mail. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 2 working days, and the delivery time is 3 - 7 working days. This may vary depending on your location. There are some uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays.

30-Day Return and Exchange Policy
Upon receiving the product, you have 30 days to change your mind and return the item to us, provided that the product is unused and in a resalable condition.
Return and Exchange Costs
If there is a quality issue, we will cover the costs of return and exchange. If you return or exchange the item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Refunds
When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund within 3 - 5 business days. The refund will be transferred back to your original payment method.
