Should your product have damaged or missing parts, we can either send you the new parts or provide a partial refund. If the missing part affects the functionality or usability of the product and cannot be repaired by you or a local technician, we will either send you a new item or issue a full refund.
b. Not Working or Defective:

If the problem persists and the product still doesn't work, you can request a refund or replacement.
